Does it require a system reboot to rerun the demo each time.
Every time I try to overcome a problem with my generation of a demo, packager tells me "Error writing to content.bin". I am unable to move or delete it without a system reboot. What am I missing? .

It cannot overwrite the files if they are in use. Check that the CD is not still running... if it is, you'll see an icon in the task bar.

I am aware that windows will not delete an open file. What I don't understand is what program would be using the files if nothing is open other than Windows Explorer (to navigate to the folder to delete the file) and Outlook Express?

When you try running ArtisCD.exe it will still be running even if you close your browser. It must be shut down from the task bar icon before re-compiling a new archive. If you still have problems, delete index.bin and content.bin as the packager.exe will create new ones anyway.
