I have an ASP app that manages images on IIS. It's necessary for the folders in which the images are stored for IUSR to have rw perms. However that exposes the images. Will "Secure Image" help in this environment?

Secure Image encrypts the images and a special security applet is used to display them on a web page. The images on the server are secure as they need to be decrypted, which can only be done by the applets registered to your web site. They are not viewable anywhere else so it doesn't matter if they get the files themselves.
