I downloaded your demo of Secure Image Pro and tested it with an image. I then opened the resulting html file with my browser (with the files still on my Mac) and was able to see the image just fine.

I then uploaded them to my server. The applet looks like it's downloading the image and then I get the following error message:

"Unknown error decoding image"

First things to check:
- The files must be uploaded as Binary (and not ASCII)
- Try uploading again in case the upload was broken

If your program or demo is dated earlier than Feb 2004, download one of the following update files...

- http://download.copysafe.net/SIPro_update.sit
- http://download.copysafe.net/SIPro_update.zip

Unpack the archive and copy the .class files to the program's "viewer" folder. All old .class files can be removed.

To update existing applets, also replace the class files on the web site.
