I have a few questions about the program not covered in the user guide. In fact it seems to be missing much of the info I need for assessment:
- How safe are the class files on the server?
- Can someone swipe all files and put them back together?
- Is encryption incompatible with any other web functions?
- Is the documentation in the registered version more informative?

The image class files are perfectly safe as they can only be decrypted by your applet and from your web site.

If all the associated files were swiped, it is possible to decrypt the images but for the time involved, the bandit would be better to purchase the original from you. The java class files are obfuscated and still need to run from your site to display the image.

There are no incompatibility issues between encryption and other processes unless that other process consumes excessive memory.

Depending on which program, the documentation in a registered version may be more informative. With Copysafe for example, there is only so much about our system that tyre kickers should know, whereas extra information is provided to registered users. In all cases generally, the documentation provided is to get the new user up and running as quickly as possible, so it needs to be concise.

More complex configuration such as use with database delivery can only be confusing to the average artist and web designer, so we provide support later on a one on one basis, depending on their desired methods/database type.
