I have downloaded both the demo for 2.1 and pro and attempted to install them on my PC. When I unzip I get the .exe but when I click on the .exe I get your company splash screen and nothing else. In a minute I get a pop up that says the application is not responding. I am running Windows 2000 Pro with 512megs of ram.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The installers work fine on Windows 2000
(all Windows versions). Are you saving to disk, unzipping and then running the installer?
If you are installing directly from the download, or installing directly from your zip program, this may be causing problems.
Otherwise you can check that that you got the complete download and a not an interrupted one. I don't recommend downloading our files from anywhere else except an ArtistScope site.

Thanks for the reply. I am downloading to a folder, unzipping .zip file then running the installer. It simply hangs.
Any other ideas?

The installers have been tested on all Windows platforms and function perfectly. We have had no other error reports from other users so something is up on your end.
When I got this message I double checked the installers on Windows 2000 which is running the latest service pack (just in case that was the problem), but it installed perfectly.
Perhaps your unzip program is corrupt?
By the way did you try a fresh download in case it was interrupted?
