I have a few customers that are able to zoom into the graphics shown, but the all the graphics are not the correct size. Most of the customers are run IE6 on Windows XP Home. Do you know of any issues with the Zoom Image component running under these circumstances?
I also have am running WinXP Home and IE 6 and don't have a problem. Could it possibly be a JVM issue? .

No known issues regarding this. I checked your page and it runs perfectly in all browsers.
If the graphics are the incorrect size from what was intended, check your setup and size parameters. Also check your screen resolution/size.
